2. We verify claims objectively. In the interest of fairness to both you and us, we resolve disputes by asking the current top-ranked AI model (usually ChatGPT based on the ArtificialAnalysis.ai LLM Leaderboard) to act as the judge. We will ask the AI to compare your uploaded training photos against the generated results. If the AI confirms the photos resemble you, the refund request will be declined.

This guarantee applies for 30 days from your purchase date.

We don't refund based on match outcomes — because matches also depend on things like your city, profile text, age range, ethnicity, and swipe behavior. But the photos you get will be usable, realistic, and high quality — or you don't pay.

Unused credits are non-refundable due to the high cost of running AI technology.

No. Credits reset at the start of every billing cycle. They do not stack, and we do not refund unused credits.

The technical reason:

To ensure your photos generate in ~1 minute (instead of waiting in long queues), we pay to reserve high-end GPU server capacity for every active subscriber. We pay for that availability whether you use it or not. If we allowed massive credit rollovers, unpredictable spikes would crash the servers and ruin the speed for everyone.

The strategy: Use them. Dating app algorithms favor active profiles that update content regularly. You should be using your monthly credits to test new looks and rotate your lineup—even if it's just swapping in one fresh photo every 2–3 weeks. This triggers the algorithm to re-test your profile and prevents you from being buried as an 'inactive' user.
